Rental homes in demand
The increase in the cost of buying a home in the Huntsville area — coupled with the rapid population growth — makes rental homes (whether its apartments of houses) a popular and reasonable choice.
Rent in Huntsville has increased, but not at the rate that home prices have over the last few years, again making renting in the Rocket City a more viable option for some.
