Church repairs, downtown office building among new building permits

Of the 11 new building permits issued this past week across the state for construction projects exceeding $1 million, two are for projects in the Huntsville area.

These are both projects between $3 million and $4 million and both are downtown. Here’s more:

More on this week’s high-dollar building permits in Alabama

The two $3.9 million permits issued in Huntsville include additions to an office building on Washington Street (RNGD Builders) and some renovations at First Presbyterian Church (Fite Building).
