CANCELED: Hike at Monte Sano

This hike has been canceled due to the predicted thunderstorms.
(Moderate / Around 1.5 hours / Around 2 miles) The Monte Sano Nature Preserve doesn’t have many trails that are relatively level, but this hike will be along one of them! This hike will start at the Bankhead Trailhead and is simply an “out and back” on the Bluff Line Trail. This is one of the easier hikes on Monte Sano Mountain, and is suitable for most hikers.
Note: This preserve has several trailheads – be sure to come to the right one.
Location: The Monte Sano Nature Preserve at the Bankhead Trailhead, 2442 Bankhead Pkwy NE, Huntsville, AL 35801
