Cane Creek Devil’s Hollow Fundraiser Hike
(Difficult/ around 8 miles/around 4-5 hours) Hikers will join Cane Creek Advisory committee members Joseph Rickard and Patrick Shremshock on a hike to Cane Creek’s Devil’s Hollow. This hike will be moderate to high difficulty due to the distance of the hike. The round trip will be approximately 8 miles. Participants are asked to bring a lunch and a full water bottle (there are refilling stations along the way), as we will be stopping to eat lunch at the hollow and explore the bluffs. With the leaves falling from the trees, Devil’s Hollow is a sight worth seeing! We will also explore several waterfalls, so bring a camera or phone.
Donations are requested to attend but are not requried. Donations can be made on the Land Trust of North Alabama website (landtrustnal.org/cane-creek-preserve) or cash donations can be accepted in the donation box onsite.
Location: Cane Creek Canyon Nature Preserve
