Tangled String Studios Presents Lamont Landers and Indie – Folk duo The Burney Sisters!

Tangled String Studios studio RR7 in renowned Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment invites America’s Got Talent alumni, Lamont Landers to the stage! Lamont doesn’t just perform—he commands every stage he steps onto. Raised in Decatur, Alabama, his sound is steeped in Southern soul, rock, and R&B, shaped by long car rides with his dad’s Allman Brothers tapes and his mom’s Al Green records. Music became his refuge through family struggles, and in his early twenties he discovered his voice by accident—an unplanned moment that sparked his career.

A viral cover of Ray Charles’ “Hit the Road Jack” launched him into the spotlight, followed by national TV appearances and a growing online following. When Questlove shared his rendition of “Rubber Band Man,” it caught the ear of GRAMMY® winner Dave Cobb, leading to a record deal with Lucile/Republic Records.

His upcoming 2025 release captures every side of him: political grit in “America,” catharsis in “Whole Lot of Love to Give,” playful surprise in “Oh Sh**! (I’m In Love),” and tender devotion in “I Have Always Loved You.”
