The Dirt on Clay: Secrets to a Healthier Garden Soil

@

Got clay? You’re not alone. North Alabama’s heavy clay soils can be challenging, but with the right approach, they can become the foundation of a beautiful, productive garden. The secret to a thriving garden isn’t a fertilizer, a tool, or even a plant — it’s the soil. Join us to learn how to improve drainage, build organic matter, encourage healthy soil biology, and create the conditions plants love. You’ll leave with practical, easy-to-use techniques that help flowers, vegetables, trees, and shrubs thrive from the ground up.
