Twitty & Lynn at The Princess Theatre

Twitty & Lynn Bring a Tribute to Country Legends Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn to The Princess Theatre August 7
Decatur, AL — Country music heritage comes to life at The Princess Theatre in Decatur, Alabama, when Twitty & Lynn perform live on August 7.
The duo features Tre Twitty, grandson of Conway Twitty, and Tayla Lynn, granddaughter of Loretta Lynn. Their performances give audiences a chance to experience the music and legacy of two of country music’s most celebrated artists while also showcasing the duo’s own musical identity.
At the beginning of many Twitty & Lynn shows, the band launches into the signature intro of “Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man,” and the moment between Tre and Tayla instantly evokes the chemistry that made their grandparents one of the most beloved duos in country music history.
While honoring that legacy is a central part of their performances, Twitty & Lynn are also creating their own path. The duo developed a new album called “Cookin’ Up Lovin’” featuring original songs written by Tayla Lynn and Tre Twitty alongside acclaimed songwriters including Jeffrey Steele, Mark Narmore, Shelly Fairchild, and producer Scott Baggett. It is currently only available at shows. You can listen on all streaming sources.
What defines their shows is a sense of honesty and connection. Their onstage chemistry and easygoing authenticity come through whether they are singing to one another or interacting with the audience. Tayla often shares personal stories with the crowd, including reflections on her journey of sobriety and redemption.
Ultimately, their goal is simple: to entertain audiences while honoring the legacy of their grandparents and preserving the music that shaped generations of country fans.
