Two years after breaking ground, Front Row–the mixed-use development across from the Von Braun Center–is set to welcome its first tenants this summer. Developers say the first phase of the project will be ready for tenants in June.

The website for the development went live this week giving potential tenants their first opportunity to explore and secure a home at Front Row.

Essex Capital and Ascend Property Group announced today that pre-leasing at The Residences at Front Row have started, marking a major milestone in the evolution of the downtown development.

Front Row’s $220 million first phase is an 11+ acre mixed-use development that includes:

  • 545 high-end residential units
  • 36,000 square feet of office space
  • 47,000 square feet of retail space

The two buildings that make up Front Row will frame a large central urban green serving as an outdoor living room surrounded by patios, public art, gathering spaces and nearly 50,000 square feet of experiential retail.

Officials broke ground on the development in April of 2024.
