New Health Score Honor Roll—Maple Street Biscuit Co., Bubby's Diner + more

The Madison County Health Department conducted inspections at more than 150 restaurants in the county this month. As a public service, Hville Blast reports monthly Madison County Health Department restaurant scores, featuring those eateries with health scores of 95 or better on their inspection (we excluded private eateries like school or business cafeterias and private clubs).

Here is who earned health scores of 95 or above in May of 2023:

Maple Street Biscuit Co. just opened their Madison location, and already has made our Health Score Honor Roll by scoring a 98 on their recent inspection. Maple Street Biscuit Co. is located at 8276 Highway 72 Madison, AL 35758.

Bubby’s Diner – 96

Leafly Boba Bar – 96

Leafly Boba Bar, located at 6275 University Dr NW, Suite 39 Huntsville, AL 35806, is a relatively new bubble tea shop in Huntsville, having opened last summer. We welcome them to our honor roll this month!
