Night Hike to Benefit Cane Creek Canyon

- What: Explore Cane Creek Canyon in the dark and see the glow worms! This will be a leisurely hike on relatively flat terrain to view the glowworms at night.

Guided Hike @ Bradford Creek Greenway

- What: Come walk part of the Bradford Creek Greenway. We’ll start at the trailhead by Heritage Elementary School and head south for just about a mile or so. The greenway is paved and wide, so this is the perfect walk for strollers or young hikers.

Hike at Monte Sano North (Oak Park)

- What: Take the loop of Buzzard’s Roost back down across the Dallas Branch Spring to the lower section of Oak Park, and climb back down to the parking lot for a short but vigorous hike.

Bee Day Haiku Hike

- What: Celebrate Bee Day with a short hike at the Blevins Gap Nature Preserve in Huntsville. After the hike, you’ll have time to craft a Bee Day haiku with an opportunity to share your creation if you choose.

Foraging Hike at Wade Mountain

- What: For the last foraging hike of the spring, forager Casey Lanier will lead you through the Wade Mountain Nature Preserve on a route that will be determined the day of the event.
