Huntsville City FC will host new invitational tournament

Huntsville City FC will host its inaugural invitational tournament, the Huntsville City FC Blastoff Battle, next year. The Blastoff Battle will take place February 16-18 at Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium during Huntsville City Soccer Festival. Here’s everything you need to know:

Who’s invited to the Blastoff Battle invitational tournament?

The Blastoff Battle will feature four teams: Huntsville City FC, the new Chattanooga FC, South Georgia Tormenta FC and FC Tulsa. Matchups and kick-off times will be announced next year.

What is Huntsville City Soccer Festival?

The inaugural Huntsville City Soccer Festival will be held February 17-18, 2024 and presented by the Huntsville Sports Commission and Huntsville Visitors Bureau. Travel soccer teams from across Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee will compete at Merrimack Soccer Complex. The event is a U.S. Club Soccer sanctioned event.
