Transparent communication

Whether it’s a text, call or cute photo on their Instagram, The Pawms staff prioritizes updating pet parents on their pup’s stay.
“They updated every so often on our babies and even sent pictures of them playing outside! They allowed us to call them numerous times to check in on them 😅 and each time they were super sweet.”

When it’s time for pickup, pet parents are given a snapshot of their dog’s stay with a report card. Each report card is custom-made by a staff member.
