Huntsville is getting a cowboy bar: everything you need to know

Wishing Huntsville had a little more Western flair? We’ve got good news.
The Huntsville Business Journal announced yesterday that Bridge Street Town Centre will be the home of a brand new, first-of-its-kind collaboration between PBR Cowboy Bar and Lockhart Smokehouse, opening this fall.
New for Huntsville and Alabama
The PBR x Lockhart Smokehouse collaboration will be each company’s first Alabama location.
PBR, short for Professional Bull Riders, currently has cowboy bars in the following spots:
- Arlington, Texas
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Baltimore, Maryland
- Hampton Roads, Virginia
- Kansas City, Missouri
- Louisville, Kentucky
- Norfolk, Virginia
- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- St. Louis, Missouri
There are only three Lockhart Smokehouse locations, all in Texas:
- Arlington
- Dallas
- Plano
What to expect
The facility will be more than 8,000 square feet and will feature:
- bull riding on a professionally endorsed mechanical bull
- country music
- patio space for outdoor dining
- sports
You can also expect great food thanks to Lockhart Smokehouse, where you can buy smoked meats priced by the pound like:
- beef brisket
- beef shoulder clod
- chicken
- Kreuz market sausage
- pork chops
- pork ribs
- turkey
