Local beers make new list of Best in Alabama
We all know that Huntsville is a premier hub for craft brewing in Alabama, but more folks are taking notice, because an international publication on the beer industry recently listed some of Huntsville’s local beers on its list of the Best Craft Beers in Alabama.
Beer Advocate, an international publication dedicated to the beer industry all over the world, included a handful of Huntsville-made beers on its new list, including brews from Yellowhammer Brewing and Straight to Ale.
Local beers in Beer Advocate’s Best Beers in Alabama
Alabama has emerged as well-respected source for great craft beer. Alabama is home to more than 50 craft breweries, so competition in the state is pretty fierce. That’s why any brewery appearing on the Beer Advocate list should feel honored to be part of it.
As for Huntsville breweries, Straight to Ale and Yellowhammer Brewing had multiple beers in the top 30:
