Town Madison Chick-fil-A among new high-dollar building permits

Among the five new building permits issued statewide for construction projects exceeding $1 million, two are projects in North Alabama. And one of those will surely please residents of Madison.

A new Chick-fil-A restaurant is coming to Town Madison, and is expected to open this year.

New Chick-fil-A in Town Madison

A new Chick-fil-A restaurant is being built in the Town Madison development. The new restaurant will be located one exit past Toyota Field.

Here are some more details:

  • Opening in late 2024, it will be located at 110 Tom Thrasher Ln, Madison, AL 35758.
  • Ground was broken this past week.
  • This will be a slightly larger restaurant than the location at Clift Farms in Madison.
  • It will include a two-lane drive-thru, complete with a dedicated mobile pick-up station inside.
