In July, home prices in most of the communities in North Alabama remained relatively the same compared to this time last year, although in many communities we are seeing homes stay on the market a little longer than they did in 2023.

Florence real estate market among the hottest in North Alabama
Real estate stats for communities in North Alabama vary by location obviously, but the biggest changes in median home price compared to last year are in Florence this month.
