7 spots to celebrate National French Toast Day in the Huntsville area

If any breakfast food calls for a celebration, I think French toast does.

So, to celebrate National French Toast day today, we’ve got seven Huntsville spots where you can get your fix. And (spoiler alert), there’s some incredible flavors involved—banana pudding French toast, anyone?

1. Revivalist

Revivalist is a sophisticated downtown spot where you can find French toast on the breakfast menu. They make theirs with brioche bread and top with it creme anglaise and berries.

2. The Standard Social Market

Another downtown joint whipping up French toast every Saturday and Sunday from 9AM-2PM for brunch. This one comes with a protein and a couple local eggs!

Sunny Street Cafe in Madison makes two varieties of French toast, one classic and one on the more creative side. The classic one is their Thick Griddled French Toast made with sourdough bread. Then there’s the French Toast Crunch, made with granola and topped with fruit and whipped cream.

4. Edgar’s

Edgar’s makes their French toast with slightly sweet, moist challah bread. Top it with some maple syrup and cinnamon and you’ve got some classic French toast done right.
