New Cadence Bank hub one of multiple high-dollar building permits in Huntsville

Of the 12 new building permits issued statewide this past week for construction projects exceeding $1 million, five are for projects in the Huntsville area.
One of those permits is for a new headquarters for Cadence Bank in Huntsville. Here’s what we know:
New Cadence Bank hub coming to Huntsville
Cadence Bank will build a new banking hub in Huntsville. The new facility at 102 Heart of Huntsville Drive will house a branch and serve as a central hub for the region’s operations.
The facility will feature convenient amenities such as Cadence LIVE video tellers for expanded and weekend hours and electric vehicle charging stations for our customers.
When completed in 2026, the facility will feature the latest in workplace technology and customer-focused design, creating a space that reflects Cadence Bank’s commitment to innovation, collaboration and service excellence.
The building will serve as a new home for teammates and a central hub for operations in the Huntsville region.
The architect on the project is Hendon + Huckestein, the contractor is Fite Building Company and Cadence was represented by Graham & Company
