New Cook Out location in Albertville gets $3 million building permit

Eleven new building permits were pulled this past week across the state for construction projects exceeding $1 million. Of these, four permits are for projects in and around Huntsville.

One of the most expensive of these projects approved was a $3 million permit for a new Cook Out restaurant in Albertville.

New Cook Out in Albertville

Cook Out, based in North Carolina, already operates 15 locations in Alabama, with three of those restaurants located in North Alabama (Huntsville, Decatur and Florence).

The new Albertville location will be at 7997 US-431, Albertville, AL 35950. An opening date has not been announced for the restaurant, however.

A $3 million building permit was issued to Venture Construction as the lead contractor for this project.
