NEW: Del Taco location in Huntsville not affected by franchisee's bankruptcy

A recent Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing by Del Taco franchisee Matador, Inc. will not affect the restaurant’s location in Huntsville. Although the holding company does own two of the three Alabama Del Taco locations, Huntsville is not one of them.

Locations in Phenix City and Opelika could still be affected by the filing.
