Check out these new items at your favorite local coffee shops

We’re already in the second half of January, and you know what that means.
If you don’t know what that means, we’ll explain. It means that you have to go try all the January specials at your favorite local Huntsville coffee shops!
Here’s what’s on our list.
1. Olde Towne Coffee
Olde Towne always has funky new specials that you can only find in the little Five Points shop. This January, they’re serving up a Rihanna-themed menu, including:
- Only Girl (In the World): amaretto, dark chocolate and smoked dark cherry whipped cream
- Lift Me Up: lavender, almond and shortbread
- Desperado: brown sugar cinnamon, French vanilla and gingerbread
- Umbrella: coconut, macadamia nut and caramel sauce

2. Honest Coffee
Honest Coffee is keeping around some of their holiday specials this year, but they’ve also got a new item that we can’t wait to try.
- Brown Sugar Cinnamon: made with brown sugar and cinnamon simple syrup, this latte is a classic flavor with nostalgic vibes
- Alpine au Lait: this one’s a little more adventurous, with hints of juniper berries and orange

3. Angel’s Island Coffee
South Huntsville’s got some delicious specials, too. Here’s what Angel’s Island is serving up this January.
- Erin H’s Favorite: brown sugar and white chocolate, in a latte
- Nutty Snowman: white chocolate again, but this time with hazelnut
- Winter Pumpkin: flavors of pumpkin pie (because it’s never a bad time) with caramel

4. Charlie Foster’s
Charlie Foster’s is keeping cozy winter flavors going this season with their signature cold brews, cold foams and lattes.
- Irish Cream Cold Brew: cold brew topped with Irish cream cold foam
- The Lavish White Chucky: a latte with lavender and white chocolate
- Brewberry Orange: cold brew and cranberry juice with a hint of orange
- The Grandpa: cortado with butterscotch

5. Offbeat Coffee
You can always count on Offbeat for amazing coffee creations, but have you tried their pastries? If you haven’t yet, here’s your excuse to: they have new ones!
