New retail development coming to Jones Valley

A new retail destination is in the works for Jones Valley. Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate announced this week the development of Lendon Corner, a shopping center that will be anchored by local gift boutique, Sweet Pineapple.

Here’s what we know:

‘Lendon Corner’ Coming to Jones Valley

According to the developers, the vision for Lendon Corner centers on “intentional design, curated business selection and an elevated customer experience.”

Developers said they hope the project will not only complement the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood but also contribute to the continued growth and vibrancy of Jones Valley.

Here are some details:

• Lendon Corner will be located at 2600 Carl T. Jones Drive and will include up to four retail spaces.
• Local gift retailer Sweet Pineapple will anchor the shopping center.
• The remaining three spaces in the center will be available for lease. These spaces are ideal for retail, boutique and restaurant concepts.
• The center is slated for completion in Spring 2026.
