Ground was broken May 15 on the latest stage of development for Stadium Commons.

Located at 3312 S Memorial Parkway, Stadium Commons is an 18-acre mixed-use development with a distinct, centralized open plaza and green space that will host live music, events and community programming.

Upon completion, the project will feature more than 200,000 square feet of commercial space and a 145-room Hyatt Place hotel.

Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate has not yet released the names of the tenants for the next phase, but did say with phase two construction underway, the project “continues to advance its vision of creating a dynamic new community hub—blending retail, dining, hospitality and public gathering spaces into a vibrant destination.”

  • Juniper’s Kitchen: An American restaurant with a full bar + serving dishes cooked over a wood-fired grill
  • Hattie B’s Hot Chicken: Southern-inspired chicken tenders and sides + desserts + cocktails
