If you visit Main Street Cafe during an average weekday lunch, you can hardly find an empty table. Serving up meats and threes and other Southern specialities, this quaint cafe is a Madison favorite.

They also have a solid dinner menu and affordable date night specials. But restaurant-goers aren’t the only ones who have missed Main Street Cafe—the other downtown businesses also mourned its temporary closing.

When Main Street first shut its doors after the fire, restaurant owner Tammy Hall encouraged the locals to support the other downtown businesses. Hall recognized that Main Street Cafe drives foot traffic to the local shops, and she wanted to ensure they continued to thrive.

Now, Hall is thrilled to reopen Main Street Cafe and continue to bring business to downtown Madison.

“We are so grateful for the outpouring of support we’ve received from the community, our city and the downtown businesses. We are excited to fill all the parking spots on Main Street again.”
