$25 million office building among new building permits in Huntsville

Six of the seven building permits issued this past week for construction projects exceeding $1 million are for projects in North Alabama. The largest of these is a new $25 million office building at Redstone Gateway.

8500 Advanced Gateway latest addition at Redstone

Redstone Gateway has been an immensely successful development outside Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, housing multiple defense contractors, with more to come.

This latest project, 8500 Advanced Gateway, is a $25 million multi-story office building with 125,000 square feet of space. Brasfield & Gorrie is listed as the lead contractor, with the property managed by COPT Defense Properties.
