Who can apply for The Mill Creek Façade Improvement Grant Program?

This program is geared toward improving the exteriors of commercial and mixed-use buildings, not necessarily residential ones.
In order to apply, you must be the owner/operator of a commercial building within the Mill Creek Neighborhood (outlined above), or a mixed-use building with the caveat of having commercial space on the ground floor.
Owners will contribute 10% of the project cost upfront, while the City will cover the rest of the expenses.
If you are interested in applying, you can do so online or by emailing the Community Development Department.
