We have several new businesses (and new locations of existing businesses) to tell you about this week — including a much-anticipated restaurant at Stovehouse and a couple of new places at Village of Providence.

1. Jersey Mike’s

A new Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop is opening soon at Hays Farm. This will be the third Jersey Mike’s location in the Huntsville metro.
2. Osteria Luca

Osteria LuCa has experienced tremendous popularity in Charlotte, N.C., and is partnering with Power Brands Hospitality Group to bring the restaurant to Stovehouse.
