This season was the first in the Trash Pandas’ existence that the team did not finish first in attendance in the Southern League. But, they did not fall far in the rankings.

Here are the top draws in the Southern League for the 2025 season (ranked by average attendance per game):

  1. Knoxville Smokies (4,617)
  2. Rocket City Trash Pandas (4,303)
  3. Pensacola Blue Wahoos (3,913)
  4. Columbus Clingstones (3,564)
  5. Birmingham Barons (3,466)
  6. Chattanooga Lookouts (3,356)
  7. Montgomery Biscuits (2,497)
  8. Biloxi Shuckers (2,265)

The Knoxville Smokies re-branded before the season (changing their name from the Tennessee Smokies) and moved into a brand new stadium, which likely attests for the team’s surge in attendance.

The Trash Pandas averaged 4,497 fans last season when the team topped the league in attendance.
