Village of Providence set for new neighborhood expansion
Reading time: 2 minutes

The Village of Providence is expected to begin expansion this summer, adding new housing units to the mixed-use community.
This will be one of the last remaining construction phases for the development.
Three more construction phases left for Village of Providence

Designed in 2002, Village of Providence has undergone multiple phases of expansion. This new expansion project represents Phase 13, with two more phases to follow before the community’s original master plan is fully completed.
Phase 13 includes a mix of single-family homes and townhomes for a total of 84 new residences in the community.
These new homes will retain the architectural design of the existing homes in the community, according to developer Ford Classic Homes.

By the time all phases of construction are completed, the community will boast more than 1,500 homes, including single-family homes, townhomes, condos and apartments.
