Piña Colata + Blackberry Margarita @ El Molcajete Mexican Grill

🍹SOFT-SERVE MARGARITAS: Have you been seeing posts of viral soft-serve margs? If so, you're in luck! We found two spots in the Rocket City where you can try them. Check it out👇 — Sipping on El Molcajete’s soft-serve marg on their patio was a real treat! (Caroline Chesnut / Hville Blast)

El Molcaljete serves a swirled blue piña colada and blackberry flavored soft-serve margarita, topped with slices of lime and pineapple and garnished with a pineapple leaf. They offer customers a choice of a sugar or tajin coated rim. We went with sugar, but you really can’t go wrong.

The marg was delicious; it perfectly balanced sweet and refreshing. I liked trying each of the two flavors separately, but my favorite part was trying them both at once. The dish is served with a tiny spoon becase the margarita closer to a dish than drink, but it’s accompanied by a straw for sipping as the swirl melts.

I highly recommend El Molcajete’s soft-serve margarita. I know I’ll be going back!
