Spring is in the air, and we’re ready for some farm fresh produce.
Here are the opening dates for six popular farmer’s markets in Madison County.
1. Market at MidCity
The Market at MidCity will return this March for the sixth year in a row, and the dozens of vendors make this a market that you can’t miss.

2. The Providence Market
Find locally made and grown items at this market full of produce, meat, baked goods and artisan items.
- When: Sat., April 6, 9AM-2PM
- Where: 1 Town Center Dr NW, Huntsville, AL 35806
3. The Greene Street Market
This market opens on Thursday afternoons in downtown Huntsville. Get everything you need for a successful spring/summer weekend here.

4. Bailey Cove Farmer’s Market
This South Huntsville market also sells a variety of locally grown produce.

5. Madison City Farmer’s Market
This market’s season opens in April. It was founded in 2007 and has grown ever since.

6. Tuesday Farmer’s Market in Meridianville
If you’re craving fresh produce midweek, then look no further. This aptly named market will have everything you need starting in June, which feels far away right now but will be here before we know it.
