Whitesburg Baptist campus project among new building permits this week

Of the 10 new building permits issued this week across the state for construction projects exceeding $1 million, five of them are for projects taking place in the Huntsville area.

The priciest of these new building permits is part of a campus improvement project at Whitesburg Baptist Church in Huntsville. Here’s more on these new building permits:

Whitesburg Baptist campus project

A $13 million building permit was issued for campus improvements at Whitesburg Baptist Church in Huntsville. The current permit is for just one phase of the project, presented at the Ignite Master Campus Plan.

This is a four-phase plan to provide additional and renovated spaces for our student ministry, senior adults, Life Groups and offices.

Johnsonkreis Construction Co. is listed as the lead contractor.
