The City of Huntsville established Huntsville Music Month three years ago, in an effort to expand the city’s music footprint.

Since it’s inception, Huntsville has Music Month has boosted the reputation of the city as a destination for live music events. The city boasts large touring artists, multiple music festivals and local artists alike in its many venues. The Huntsville Music Office is continuing to invest in the music infrastructure of the city, and month-long celebrations like Huntsville Music Month bring attention to its many passion projects.

This month’s events are full of free concerts, outdoor festivals, anniversary milestones and cultural events meant to show exactly how Huntsville supports and appreciates our residential music talent!

β€œThis year, Huntsville Music Month is bigger and bolder than ever. From Launchpad’s free concerts in Big Spring Park to two official AMERICANAFEST events in Nashville, we’re showcasing our talent on the biggest stages yet. There’s more talent, more variety and more opportunities than ever before.”
