Magnolia Trace one of 2 new million-dollar-plus building permits in Huntsville

Nearly two dozen new million-dollar-plus building permits were issued statewide this week, with two of those projects happening in Huntsville.

Among these new construction projects is an addition at Magnolia Trace, a retirement community in South Huntsville.

Here’s what we know:

Magnolia Trace

Magnolia Trace is part of the Acts Retirement-Life Communities, a senior living industry leader backed with 50 years of experience in the retirement industry.

Although we do not have many specifics on the project at Magnolia Trace, we do know that the building permnit is for $2.4 million, and the property is located at 2 Crown Circle SW in Huntsville.
