4 new openings coming to the Huntsville area + 1 closing

New business openings continue to pop up around the Rocket City, and we’re back an update for this cold, snowy week.

Here are the latest businesses heading to the Huntsville area, plus one closing we’re so sad to see.

1. Chuck’s Fish in Madison

Get excited, seafood lovers. Chuck’s Fish is opening a location at Clift Farm this fall.

This restaurant started in Tuscaloosa in 2006, and Madison will be their seventh location across the South. Check out their extensive menu of fresh catches, sushi and more.

2. Fleur de Leigh in Huntsville

This flower and gift store in Huntsville plans to open before the month ends.

It’s your newest destination for floral creations and unique gifts.

3. Studio 16 Cigar Lounge in Athens

This cigar lounge joins Humphrey Brothers Bistro and Lounge in Madison and The Cigar Leaf Emporium as cigar lounges opening recently.

Now, Huntsville, Madison and Athens all have new spots where you can smoke a stogie.

4. Squeeze Massage in MidCity

Squeeze Massage will open its first Alabama location at MidCity this month.

The business, created by Drybar, is expanding this national footprint by opening 85 new locations this year.

Business Closings

Twisted Tree Vintage Market in Madison

The Madison vintage market Twisted Tree will close at the end of this month.

For six-and-a-half years, it housed over 80 vendors who sold unique furniture, home decor and boutique clothing.
