Catbird Seat Garden Center
This shop has not just a great name, but a great selection of interesting plants, trees, shrubs and landscaping supplies.
Located on Madison Boulevard, this shop specializes in new growth and harder-to-find plants, like their selection of Bonzai and Japanese maple trees.

Enchanted Forest
Enchanted is the right word for this plant shop located off Highway 72.
In addition to plants, tools, trees and shrubs, Enchanted Forest offers landscaping services and consultations to help you plan any larger projects you might have in mind.

Botanica
Botanica is the largest specialty house plant store in North Alabama.
You’ll find a wide selection of plants that thrive indoors, and if you’re a little apprehensive about looking after plants, this is a great way to get into the hobby as they offer high and low-maintenance plants and can walk you through everything you need to know to take care of them.

Earth Touch Gardens
Earth Touch has been family-owned and operated in Huntsville for over 30 years.
They focus on mostly outdoor plants that thrive in Alabama. Most of their stock is sourced from within the state, and in addition to plants, trees, and shrubs you’ll also find bulk materials. So if you want to drive up and get a truckload of soil or mulch this is the place to do it.

Pure Joy Plants
Pure Joy Plants is Lowe Mill’s premiere plant shop.
You’ll find a great selection of houseplants here and a passionate staff. During the warmer months, you might find their plant truck around Huntsville.
