New week—new openings! Huntsville’s buzzing with new spots to check out this week, including new eateries and stores that you’ll keep coming back to for many occasions.

1. The Peppered Pig

You’ve probably seen The Peppered Pig around Huntsville, serving up burgers and sandwiches out of their food truck. If you’re a fan of their over-the-top menu items, it’s a good week. They’re opening their new, permanent location in Jones Valley.

A place where you can grocery shop and get tacos? I’m in. La Tiendita is bringing lots of flavor to Madison with authentic tacos, burritos, nachos and more, as well as Hispanic grocery items like meats and cheeses, fresh produce, spices and tortillas.

On the Spot Auto Detail is going to be big. The building is 30,000 square feet and will house an incredible full-service retail auto detailing facility complete with a bar, cigar lounge, three customer lounges and every auto detailing service you can think of.
