October in the Rocket City was full of events, festivals and Halloween activities for kids and adults alike. With November around the corner, we can look forward to these five awesome concerts and get excited for these nine November events in the Huntsville area.
Round Top Folk Festival at Burritt on the Mountain
The Round Top Folk Festival at Burritt on the Mountain started in 2021 to celebrate traditional art and music. Montana turned Nashville folk band TopHouse will begin the weekend with a kickoff concert on Friday night. Check out their variety of traditional crafts and skills demonstrations plus arts and crafts vendors.

Merchants Alley Happy Hour Music Series in Athens
While the Merchants Alley Happy Hour Music Series takes place the first three Fridays in November, this special event includes caroling in the alley and a Christmas tree lighting. It will be the final Merchants Alley Happy Hour Music Series event of the year.

PAW Patrol Live! at the VBC
“PAW Patrol Live!” brings four shows to Huntsville this month. The live performance inspired by the popular Nickelodeon TV show has toured the country with three shows: Heroes Unite, Race to the Rescue and The Great Pirate Adventure–the last of which the company will perform in Huntsville.

Twisted Fork Vegan/Vegetarian Festival
The Twisted Fork Vegan/Vegetarian Festival is the largest vegan/vegetarian festival in Alabama. Veg-friendly and eco-friendly vendors will be on site as the festival strives to celebrate plant based lifestyles for health, compassion and environmental conservation.

Benefiting the EarlyWorks Children’s Museum, the ChurchStreet Italian Food and Wine Festival seeks to celebrate the artistry and culture of Italian food and wine. Enjoy food tents, cooking demonstrations and mingle with celebrity chefs like Chef Kev D, Chef Lamar Moore and Chef Jen Lazzerini.

2nd Annual German Food Fest in Madison
Get ready for beer, bratwurst and pretzels served by The Casual Pint plus an array of traditional German cookies, cakes and strudels at this unique festival in Madison. Children’s activities and a bounce house keep the kids busy while you enjoy the live music and market.

Holiday Market at MidCity 2023
With over 150 vendors, live music and Santa Clause himself, you don’t want to miss the Holiday Market at MidCity. Hot drinks and adults beverages will be available all afternoon. This will be the last Market at MidCity of the year.

Randolph’s Under the Christmas Tree
Randolph School’s biggest fundraiser of the year returns this year. With a Market Day Pass, shoppers can participate in activities for all ages like: wreath making, gingerbread party, paint parties, story time with Santa and holiday movies. All proceeds support the Randolph Tailored Tuition fund.

Galaxy of Lights
Watch the Huntsville Botanical Garden transform into a winter wonderland of lights, faux snow and music. For over 25 years, the light displays at the Botanical Garden have been a Huntsville favorite and sign that the winter holidays have finally arrived.
