Cava opens in Town Madison this Friday—everything you need to know

Cava made its debut in the Huntsville area last fall, and their long-awaited opening in Madison is finally happening.

When and where they’re opening

Town Madison has been booming lately, with plenty of eateries already open and more to come. Today, though, our attention is on the the new quick-service Mediterranean spot, Cava.

They’ll be serving up their flavorful pitas and bowls, which you can customize to your liking with Mediterranean meats or vegetarian options, topped with all kinds of fresh toppings and doused in their delicious sauces (yes, I’m speaking from personal experience).

How they’re supporting a local cause

We’re pretty excited about Cava’s grand opening—but not just for the food. We’re also excited that they’re supporting a local non-profit while they’re at it.

Cava Town Madison is hosting a sneak preview event today before their grand opening. They’re giving out free lunches and dinners, but will be matching all credit card donations up to $1,000. Those donations will go to Hatch Workforce Training Program.

Hatch is a local nonprofit that provides an 8-week job training program for youth here in our community. Their program, which combines life skill workshops as well as high-quality culinary and hospitality training, seeks to empower youth to live self-sufficiently.

Reservations are already sold out for the preview event, and we can’t wait to see the impact that it has.
