Vista at Councill Square is a mixed-use development by T2 Capital Management. The first phase of the project will bring 300 apartments and town homes to 600 St. Clair Street, with options for retail and office space soon to follow.

The development is just steps away from Twickenham Square to the east and Councill High Park to the west. That means residents will have easy access to

  • Cookie Fix
  • Mei Wei
  • Publix
  • Scooter’s Coffee
  • The Downtown Public Library

Plus, all the other conveniences of being downtown.

A step forward for Huntsville

Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle said Vista at Councill Park is a goal achieved for the City.

“In our master planning for the downtown area, this is the type of project we envisioned—a repurposing of underutilized and aging property that could be revitalized into live, work, play developments. With T2 Investments, we’ll see high-quality, multi-family units integrated with townhomes, office and retail next door to Councill High Park and steps away from the public library, Von Braun Center, Big Spring Park, a grocery store, hospital, schools and more.”

Leadership from T2 Capital Management was in attendance as well, and spoke highly of the opportunity for their company to work so closely with Huntsville leadership.

“We are grateful for the warm welcome we have received from so many here in the great city of Huntsville. We look forward to being an integral part of the community as it continues its growth. Our goal with this development is to mirror the ingenuity and excellence that Huntsville exemplifies.”

Jeff Brown, CEO, T2 Capital Management
