I love exploring the Rocket City, but sometimes I feel bad leaving my Pyredoodle, Teddy, at home. That’s why I set out to find the best pet-friendly shopping + dining in Huntsville.
My search led me to Bridge Street Town Centre—check out four reasons why it’s the perfect place to take your pup.
Looking for the best place to shop and eat with your furry friend? Check out Bridge Street Town Centre and mark your calendars for their annual Fido Fest event on May 6.
1. You can bring your dog inside so many stores
I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m the type of person who plans activities around where I can take my dog. Teddy is friendly and social, so I love seeing him interact with people and other dogs.
Usually, I feel anxious leaving Teddy at home while going on lengthy shopping excursions, but Bridge Street’s pet policy allows me to shop for as long as I want.

Tired of going places where you can’t bring your dog? Bridge Street Town Centre has all you need to enjoy a fun day of pet-friendly shopping + dining.
3. Your furry friend can play with other pups
Since Teddy is my only dog, he doesn’t have many daily opportunities to interact with other pups. That’s why I love taking him to Bridge Street Town Centre.
Because Bridge Street features lots of pet-friendly shopping + dining, other dogs are always around. The warm environment here will enhance your dog’s social skills and help them get some energy out.
4. Fido Fest is happening this May
If the amazing pet-friendly shopping + dining wasn’t enough, Bridge Street is hosting its annual Fido Fest May 6 from Noon-2PM.
This free dog event will take place in the Belk Courtyard and feature pet vendors, live music, face painting, splash zones and more. Plus, PBR Lockhart will host the official Patio Paw-ty next door.
Ready to shop until you drop with your furry friend? Visit Bridge Street Town Centre today and bring your pup along for Fido Fest in May.
