Hump Day Hike at Wade Mountain
(Moderate/ 2.5 hours/ 3-3.5 miles) Join us for a midweek hike at the Wade Mountain Nature Preserve located in North Huntsville on Spragins Hollow Road. This hike will start at the Spragins Hollow trailhead with moderate climb up the Devils Racetrack Trail with a loop around the mountain top. We will return on the Shovelton Trail and then downhill Rock Wall Trail through remnants of an old man-made rock wall. We will connect back to the Devils Racetrack Trail returning to the trailhead.
Note: This preserve has multiple trailheads – be sure to go to the right one!

Location: Wade Mountain Nature Preserve (Spragins Hollow Trailhead) – 10130 Spragins Hollow Road NW, Huntsville, AL 35810 (off of Winchester Road)
