Thanksgiving 2025 at Revivalist with Chef Sam Buchanan Celebrate the holiday with a festive three-course prix fixe menu at Revivalist, thoughtfully crafted by Chef Sam Buchanan. Enjoy seasonal flavors and classic Thanksgiving favorites, elevated with a modern touch. First Course (choice of one) Harvest Caesar Salad with kale, parsnip crisps, parmesan sourdough croutons, and toasted pumpkin seeds Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque with butter-poached lobster, chive crème fraîche, and pistachio oil Second Course (choice of one entrée) Butter Herb Roasted Painted Hills Prime Rib with horseradish potato purée, charred broccolini, and roasted onion raisin jus Grilled Scottish Faroe Island Salmon with creamed kale, crispy shallots, sweet corn pudding, and Lady Edison ham Roasted Sleepy Hollow Farms Turkey Breast with chestnut herb stuffing, brown butter yams, fine herb velouté, cranberry, and haricot verts Third Course (choice of one dessert) Buttermilk Eggnog Chess Tart with white chocolate mousse Bourbon Pumpkin Monkey Bread Pudding with vanilla ice cream and pecan praline $75 per person $30 for children 12 and under (20% gratuity will be added to checks)
