Located less than a mile from I-565, The Manor on County Line in Madison gives you quicker access to just about everything in the Huntsville metro and beyond. Especially during peak hours, traffic is typically smoother on the interstate than on Highway 72.
Less time in the car means more time to live, and this booming area has plenty of places to explore.

“Some of my favorite activities while living there were walking my dog on the Bradford Creek Greenway, shopping the unique boutiques in downtown Madison, grabbing coffee from Honest and dining at Main Street Cafe and Old Black Bear Brewing.”

Nearby, businesses seem to open every week in new developments like Town Madison and along US 72 — both within 10-minute drives.
Huntsville shopping and entertainment are also close. For example, Bridge Street Town Centre is only 10 miles northeast. From there, go a few more miles north for more shopping and dining at MidCity and world-class live music at The Orion Amphitheater.
Smoother commutes to large employers

The location also makes getting to work around the region much easier. Commute times are expected to improve even more when the I-565 widening project from County Line Road to Wall Triana Highway wraps up next year.

Close to essentials


While things like grocery shopping and doctor visits aren’t glamorous, having them close by can be a game-changer.
Along with a Kroger and Publix within a 5-mile drive, the state’s first BJ’s Wholesale opened 4 miles away in 2023. Late last year, the region’s newest Costco location opened on Highway 72 just 7.5 miles to the north.
As for health care, there are a handful of urgent care centers all within 5 miles, along with Madison Hospital within 7 miles.
If you’re a pet parent, you’ll get extra peace of mind knowing there are two veterinary care centers within three miles and many more just north on US 72.
