Odette, a popular Florence restaurant, is coming to Huntsville

Odette, a beloved rustic-chic bistro, is finally opening a location in Huntsville. The Orion Amphitheater announced in a Facebook post this week that the beloved restaurant will be opening a brick-and-mortar dining location inside the amphitheater, inside Gate A of the Lower Concourse. As of now, there is no word as to when the restaurant will be opening their Huntsville location.

What is Odette?
Odette is a neighborhood eatery originating in Florence, Alabama, serving New American cuisine with both Southern and global influences. Every ingredient is locally sourced and every meal is one you’ll never forget.
It’s no secret that the restaurant is a Florence favorite. The Facebook post announcing Odette’s arrival to Huntsville was quickly met with mass excitement from Huntsvillians.
What’s on the menu?
“…Odette at The Orion will feature elevated small plates and items from – and influenced by – Odette’s seasonal restaurant menu, such as the Odette cheeseburger sliders, Malaysian fried chicken thighs with rice noodle salad, Alabama fried shrimp, seasonal hand pie and warm chocolate chip cookies.”

The Orion has partnered with Odette before at their previous Dinners On Stage event at which Chef Josh Quick served a four-course holiday dinner.
