Did you know Huntsville Parks & Recreation has a long list of free programs available for everyone in your family? Now that the weather has cooled down a bit, it’s the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors — the fall colors and fresh air make for an extra cozy atmosphere to play in.

In the City of Huntsville’s seasonal program, there are plenty of activities and events listed, covering every category from athletics to arts and crafts.

There are several subcategories including:

  • Youth activities + programs — basketball clinic, story time, rec zone + more
  • Arts + crafts — art camp, embroidery, sewing + more
