3 new building permits issued for million-dollar-plus projects in Huntsville

This week, 22 building permits were issued throughout the state for construction projects exceeding $1 million. Of those, three are located in the Huntsville area.

Although we are still gathering more information on these projects, we do have the basics on what these projects involve:

Dutch Bros. Coffee in Hampton Cove

One of the new building permits issued this week is for the latest Dutch Bros. Coffee location in Hampton Cove. The new location is at 6565 US-431, Owens Cross Roads, AL 35763 behind Verizon and Chick-fil-a.

A building permit for $1.1 million was issued for the project, with Tri-South Contractors listed as the builder.

We reported earlier this year that other Dutch Bros. locations had already been announced in the area, including Decatur and Madison.
