Of the 22 new high-dollar building permits issued statewide this past week, nine are for projects in North Alabama. Combined, these projects in our region of the state make up more than $30 million in building permits.

One of the new building permits in North Alabama this past week is for Phase 2 of the Bolte Crossing subdivision in Cullman. This project, by Rausch Coleman Homes of Huntsville, required a $3.9 million building permit.
