NEW OPENING: Biscuit Belly is on its way to Huntsville

Brunch lovers, rejoice: Huntsville is about to play host to a brand new restaurant full of everything you love.

Biscuit Belly, a Southern-grown spot with delicious homestyle cooking, announced that their first North Alabama location will be right here in Jones Valley. Keep reading for more info.

What is Biscuit Belly?

Originally founded by pharmacists-turned-entrepreneurs Chad and Lauren Coulter in Louisville, Kentucky, Biscuit Belly is a spot defined by good food, good people and good deeds.

There are now four Biscuit Belly locations in Kentucky and one in Indiana. The restaurant also recently announced a Hoover location, which you can find at 1021-1031 Brock’s Gap Parkway. In addition to traditional brunch service, Biscuit Belly offers catering and a competitive rewards program—free bonuts, anyone?

Wait, what’s a bonut?

I thought you’d never ask.

The bonut is just one of Biscuit Belly’s menu highlights. The appetizer is the result of a beautiful partnership between a delicious biscuit recipe and the frying technique used for donut holes. The biscuit-donut-holes—or bonuts—are then rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with a side of chocolate gravy or bourbon cream cheese frosting for dipping.

Other can’t-miss menu selections include:

• The Brisket Biscuit, complete with Alabama-style white sauce caramelized onion and slaw.
• The Biscuit Bennie, for all the eggs benedict lovers.
• The Frenchie, french toast biscuit style with fresh berries on top.
• The Go Goetta, a classic biscuit with goetta sausage gravy.
• A full menu of hot and iced coffee + espresso drinks.
• Brunch cocktails like mimosas, Bloody Marys, the tequila sunrise + Kentucky coffee.

Huntsville’s franchise

The Huntsville franchise, originally announced in spring of 2021, has finally found a home in Jones Valley. Here’s where you’ll be able to find it:
