NOW OPEN: Nashville-based Steam Boys has opened its doors at Clift Farm

Steam Boys, the Nashville-based Chinese comfort food restaurant, has finally opened its new location in Madison at Clift Farm. Steam Boys is known for its delicious bao, dumplings, noodles and boba tea selection.

You can find the restaurant located at various spots throughout Tennessee — Franklin, Nashville, Hermitage and Cleveland — and now, Alabama’s very first Steam Boys is here in Madison! Read more about it below:

What’s on the menu?

Steam Boys has a large menu with a lot of options, so choose carefully (or come back every week, like I probably will). Each flavor sounds even more mouthwatering than the last — check out what they are serving up below:

• Bao — pork, beef + veggie options (you can also order them seared)
• Gua bao — beef + chicken cutlet options
• Dumplings — pork + cabbage, pork + shrimp, veggie, etc. (order them boiled or pan-seared)
• Noodles + soups — beef, veggie, seafood + zha jiang noodles
• Boba milk tea — flavors like coconut, matcha, mango, rose, taro + so much more!

There are plenty of other items on the menu we didn’t mention, so you’ll have to check them out in-person to get a taste for yourself.
